In either case the activity bookings are fully integrated with attendance information within Open Options Time and Attendance. This allows complete reconciliation of activity bookings against attended time to reduce administration, eliminate errors and allow you to have a complete understanding of labour costs at the levels of granularity you require.
The flexibility of Open Options Activity Management allows you to define the scope and details of activities performed within your organisation. It also allows you set up different activities for individual departments or divisions that are appropriate to the tasks they undertake.
