Nick and Nadine have a culmination of over two decades within the apprenticeship, work based learning and the skills funding field. Having worked for both small charitable training providers and large private training providers such as Babcock, BPP and Kaplan they have amassed a wealth of experience in the end to end strategy, creation, implementation and running of apprenticeship and early career programmes.

Having also worked as trusted advisors to local, national and global organisations they have first-hand knowledge and have the lessons learnt ranging from board level buy in, candidate attraction/recruitment, existing employee/graduate programme transitioning, through to on programme and graduation.
